I focus on acquiring apartment buildings and multifamily properties in secondary markets across Saskatchewan and Western Canada. The goal is to provide quality housing for local families while generating above-average returns for both myself and my investor partners.

My strategy is all about long-term holds. Once I identify a strong opportunity, I purchase the property—often something with upside potential—and bring in an investor to help fund the deal and qualify for financing. We typically use a mortgage to secure the property, and once it’s stabilized with tenants and generating solid cash flow, we refinance it with a long-term loan.

Because I’m buying below market value or adding value through improvements, there's often significant equity created. During the refinance, I’m usually able to return a large portion—or sometimes even all—of the investor’s initial capital. From there, the investor keeps their full ownership share and continues earning income and appreciation, without needing to put in more money or get involved in the day-to-day.
